Metal nanoparticles have attracted attention in the field of catalysis because they can
catalyze many organic reactions effectively as a result of their high surface area to volume
ratio [1]. However, these naked nanoparticles tend to aggregate to form larger metal
particles because of the effect of high surface energy, resulting in decreased catalytic
